I highly recommend starting with Privates. You will have a much better understanding of what Pilates is and what it can do for your body.

All Private and Duet Sessions are 55 Minutes. 24 Hour notice of cancellation is required for all sessions. I ask that you come in a few minutes early to fill out new client paperwork. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in but not overly baggy so form can be observed.
